Audience
The American Heart Association BLS Instructor Course is designed for individuals 18 years or older who want to teach Basic Life Support (BLS) to healthcare providers in both pre-hospital and in-hospital settings. It also prepares instructors to teach Heartsaver® First Aid, CPR, and AED courses to the general public for workplace and regulatory requirements in industries such as construction, childcare, and more.
Course Content / Modules
This course prepares candidates to effectively plan, teach, and manage AHA BLS courses, including:

Course Completion Card
Participants who successfully complete the course will receive an AHA BLS Instructor eCard, valid for 2 years.
