HeartCode® ACLS Skills Session (Parts 2 & 3) – Important Requirements

(2025 AHA Guidelines)

You must complete the 2025 American Heart Association HeartCode® ACLS Online (Item #25-3554)

Part 1 before registering for this skills session.

⚠️ Please bring BOTH of the following to your skills session:

• Pre-Course Self-Assessment (70% or higher)

• HeartCode® ACLS Online Completion Certificate

You will not be permitted to complete the skills session without proof of online completion.

What to Expect in Parts 2 & 3

During the hands-on session, students will demonstrate proficiency in:

• 1-Rescuer Adult CPR and AED

• Bag-Mask Ventilation

• Megacode scenarios

Megacode scenarios are designed to closely simulate a real cardiac arrest environment and emphasize:

• Team dynamics

• Clear communication

• Leadership and collaboration in advanced cardiovascular life support

ACLS Course Completion Includes 3 Parts:

Part 1: Online HeartCode® ACLS (Bring certificate of completion)
Part 2: Instructor-led hands-on skills practice
Part 3: Instructor-led skills testing

Upon successful completion of all three parts, participants will receive their ACLS Course Completion Card the same day.
